Chief Executive Officer
Ben joined Oxygen in September 2009, and for the last 6 years as COO ran all client implementations and operations. Prior to this Ben held senior board positions in Telecoms, Infrastructure and Logistics businesses responsible for £100m+ enterprise transformation programmes. Ben is a functional specialist in Procurement and Supply Chain having won a series of industry awards for achievements in these areas.
Chief Operating Officer
Clive joined Oxygen in 2011 with responsibility for developing Oxygens delivery methodology and all supporting assets. Clive has led the delivery of all of Oxygens client implementations. Prior to Oxygen, Clive worked for 14 years at Accenture where he specialised in large scale multi-country Supply Chain and Finance transformations. Since leaving Accenture in 2004 he has held senior management positions at Cable & Wireless, Royal Mail and was a COO & CTO at a Telco start-up. During his career Clive has won numerous industry awards for delivery and solution excellence.
Chief Financial Officer
Jon Marsh joined Oxygen Finance in May 2016 after three years at Arrowgrass, where he was a member of an investment group focused on the Alternative Finance space. Jon has a wide range of experience in the finance sector, working for Deloitte in its Assurance & Advisory TMT practice, followed by ten years at RBS and Credit Suisse in Fixed Income Sales and Structuring, dealing with a wide range of private and public sector clients. Jon qualified as a Chartered Accountant (FCA) in 2002 and holds an MSc in Finance from Cass Business School.
Chief Technology Officer
Josh comes to Oxygen Finance from J.P. Morgan Chase, where he was Vice President of B2B Payments Strategy. Josh brings over 25 years of experience in product strategy, development and support for Fortune 100s. Josh is responsible for identifying new payment products, building stronger integration between bank products and the development of external partnerships. Josh has managed Global P2P solutions for JP Morgan Chase and the Walt Disney Company. He has also held several senior positions at Lockheed Martin focused on business process re-engineering, supply chain collaboration and reduced operating costs.
EVP & GM Americas
David Roudebush joined Oxygen Finance Americas as its Senior Vice President of Sales for North and South America in November 2012. David is a 25-year Sales and General Management executive with a successful track record delivering innovative go-to-market strategies and explosive revenue production. His past roles included positions as Vice President of Sales and Services for Peregrine Systems (sold to HP), Business Resource Group and Promisec. David also served as COO of Planet Associates. David served in the US Navy for 5-years and brings a career that spans all aspects of discipline, business consulting, sales, marketing and general management.
Head of Supplier Relations
Andrew joined Oxygen in 2015 to work as a consultant and now heads up the Supplier On-boarding team. Andrew has 20 years’ experience working in procurement and has provided procurement and supply chain advice & guidance to clients across a wide range of sectors. He has worked with KPMG & PWC, key clients include RBS, Zurich, AXA, Shell, BT, and the Scottish Government. In his role Andrew manages a team to maximise the uptake of suppliers across all of Oxygen’s live clients and has helped to develop key parts of Oxygen’s Methodology & Assets.
